Overview
Assistance in obtaining statutory registrations, authorizations, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) approvals for the environmentally sound management of Plastic Waste, E-Waste, Battery Waste, and Biomedical Waste, including compliance with collection, recycling, treatment, disposal, and regulatory reporting requirements. The services are governed by the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 (as amended), E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, Battery Waste Management Rules, 2022, Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016 (as amended), and the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986.
