Overview
What is a Dust Suppression System?
Bharti Enviro's dust suppression systems use high-pressure atomising nozzles, fog cannons, and foam generators to control fugitive dust at open-yard material handling, crushing, screening, and stockpile areas — without requiring dust-collection ductwork. Systems are engineered to achieve PM₁₀ reduction of ≥ 70% at site boundaries per CPCB fugitive-emission guidelines.
Key Features
- Droplet size 10–100 µm matches respirable dust size for maximum agglomeration efficiency
- Fog cannons with motorised oscillation cover 60–120 m throw radius for large stockpiles
- Water consumption 50–70% lower than conventional sprinkler suppression systems
- Automated timer or wind-speed trigger for hands-free fugitive emission control
