Overview
What is a Bag Filters / ESP (Electro-Static Precipitation)?
Bharti Enviro supplies pulse-jet reverse-air bag filters and two-stage or multi-field electrostatic precipitators (ESP) for fine particulate control on process exhaust and combustion gases. Bag filters with woven PTFE or glass-fibre bags achieve outlet PM < 10 mg/Nm³ on sub-micron dusts; ESP systems handle high-temperature, high-volume gas streams where fabric bags are unsuitable.
Key Features
- Pulse-jet bag filter: < 10 mg/Nm³ outlet for sub-micron pharmaceutical and chemical dusts
- ESP multi-field: ≥ 99.9% collection efficiency on fly ash and cement kiln dust
- High-temperature woven PTFE or glass-fibre bags rated to 260°C continuous service
- ESP rapping system and high-voltage TR-sets with microprocessor control for optimal SCA
